Frequently asked questions
Coaching, to me, is the work of helping someone understand their body better and building from that understanding toward lasting change. Whether that is resolving chronic pain, improving movement quality, running injury-free, or building a healthier lifestyle, coaching is a collaborative process rooted in sports science and human movement. It goes well beyond a training plan. It requires listening, honest assessment, consistent feedback, and a genuine investment in the person in front of me.
Online coaching gives you the flexibility to work with me regardless of where in India you are based. You receive your programs and plans digitally with full instructions and demonstrations. Communication happens via WhatsApp or email depending on the program. For movement and technique analysis, you record videos as per specific guidelines, and I send back detailed feedback. Everything is designed to work without you needing to be in Person.
Before I plan anything, I spend time understanding your lifestyle, health history, movement patterns, goals, and what has and hasn’t worked before. That understanding drives everything. From there, the plan is built around your specific situation, delivered progressively, and adjusted based on how your body responds. I always put health first. Movement quality is central to every program regardless of what the goal is.
Feedback is provided weekly based on analysis of your training data, movement videos, or progress check-ins, depending on the program. Feedback is delivered via voice message, video message, or a short call, depending on what the situation needs. Ongoing communication happens via WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer.
You should at least have the ability to perform the following individually but at a stretch:
400 meters proper freestyle
15 mins cycling
15 mins run
You can surely do that, however, your first focus should be learning to swim. Without knowing how to swim, it is difficult for you to build triathlon endurance as well as get exposure to Open waters since you are not confident in your freestyle stroke in the pool in this case.
I am a Movement & Longevity Specialist with over a decade of experience in sports science, human movement mechanics, and corrective exercise. I hold international certifications in triathlon coaching, marathon coaching, personal training, strength & conditioning, and corrective exercise, and have spent years working alongside physiotherapists, strength coaches, biomechanics experts, and medical professionals. I work with chronic pain sufferers, recreational athletes, and high-performance sports people across running, triathlon, Hyrox, pickleball, cricket, football, and general health and lifestyle coaching.
For the full story, visit the About page.
I work with a wide range of people, runners, triathletes, rock climbers, Hyrox athletes, cricket and football players, pickleball enthusiasts, people managing chronic conditions, and individuals who simply want to feel better in their bodies and move without pain. You do not need to be an athlete or have a sporting goal to work with me.
There is no fixed age range. The nature of the work, movement assessment, corrective exercise, lifestyle coaching, and pain resolution is relevant across a wide age range. If you are unsure whether your situation is a fit, book a free discovery call, and we can talk through it.
Through detailed individual assessment first. I understand your history, lifestyle, movement patterns, and goals before designing anything. For fitness-based programs, baseline testing establishes your current physical capacity. All of this together determines the right intensity, volume, and focus structured around your actual life, not a template.
My scope is coaching, not clinical or sports nutrition. I provide practical nutrition guidance as part of relevant programs on how to approach eating around training, recovery, and your health goals. I do not prescribe specific meal plans or calorie targets, but I help you build a sustainable, evidence-informed approach to food that supports your specific situation.
To help every person I work with move without fear, live without constant pain, and build a body that supports their life for the long term, whether they are an athlete chasing performance or someone who simply wants to get through the day feeling well.
For medical reasons, programs are paused, and sessions are carried forward. You will never lose sessions due to illness or injury. For non-medical reasons, consistency is what produces results. If you need time off, we will discuss the best way to maintain your progress during that period and adjust your plan accordingly.
Time availability is factored in from the start. Before any program begins, minimum time requirements are discussed clearly so you know exactly what is needed. Plans are built around your actual schedule, not an ideal training week that doesn’t exist for most people.
Please give careful thought to joining before committing. Payments made are non-refundable if you choose to exit early. If you are unsure whether a program is the right fit, book a free discovery call first. That conversation exists precisely to help you make the right decision before committing.
I am based in Pune. In-person sessions take place at Balewadi Stadium or as agreed. Online coaching is available to anyone across the world; location is not a barrier.
