Sports-specific Strength Training Program
This sports-specific strength training program is designed to help athletes prevent injuries, move better under load, and unlock their true potential in their sport.
Program Overview
Most strength training programs are built around general fitness goals – muscle gain, fat loss, aesthetics. They are not built around how your sport actually demands your body to move and generate the power.
This program is different. It is built around the specific movement patterns, muscle groups, joints, and tendons that your sport loads most, whether that’s running, triathlon, Hyrox, pickleball, cricket, football, or any other activity that puts repetitive or high-impact demands on your body.
The goal is not just strength for its own sake. It is a strength that translates directly into better movement, reduced injury risk, increased power generation capabilities, and improved performance in your specific sport. When you strengthen the right patterns in the right sequence, everything else i.e speed, endurance, resilience, follows.
This program is customized to your current fitness level and goals, and is available both in-person in Pune and online.

Who Is This For
This program is suited for anyone whose performance, consistency, or injury history is being held back by a missing strength foundation. Specifically:
- Runners and triathletes dealing with recurring injuries or performance plateaus
- Hyrox, pickleball, cricket, and football athletes who want to build sport-specific physical resilience
- Athletes returning from injury who need to rebuild strength the right way before going back to full training load
- Anyone who has been doing general gym work but finding it doesn’t translate into their sport
Overcome Challenges
Training that actually matches your sport – generic gym programs train muscles in isolation, often missing the specific patterns, ranges, and coordination demands your sport requires. This program trains the movement, not just the muscle.
Understanding what your body actually needs – most athletes don’t know which specific weaknesses are limiting their performance or causing their recurring injuries. The fitness assessment at the start identifies exactly that.
Cutting through information overload – there is no shortage of strength training content online. Most of it is not designed for your sport, your body, or your goals. This program gives you one clear, structured path forward.
Benefits & Outcomes
By the end of 12 weeks, you will have built a strength foundation specifically matched to the demands of your sport. You will move more efficiently under fatigue, carry less injury risk into your training and competition, and have a clear understanding of the specific physical qualities that were previously holding you back.
Most athletes also notice improvements in areas they didn’t expect, such as better posture under load, reduced niggles that had become routine, and a sense of physical confidence in their sport that generic training never gave them.
What Athletes Say
Don’t take my word for it. Here’s what some of my happy clients have to say about this program:
I was a beginner runner who wanted to run a half marathon but struggled with injuries, lack of coaching, and poor performance. I did not know how to train properly and build strength for running. I joined EnduraMax, a sports-specific strength training program for running, and that transformed my running journey. I lost 30 kg of fat, gained 10 kg of muscle, improved my speed, stamina, and technique, and achieved my dream of running a half marathon. EnduraMax changed my life and I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their running performance and health. Being a doctor myself, I have never seen a coach who is so well versed in the anatomy of the human body, and biomechanics which applies to the training.

I am an experienced triathlete who had completed several triathlons but wanted to improve my timing. I had plateaued in my performance and felt I needed a new challenge. I also suffered from frequent injuries and muscle soreness. I joined EnduraMax, a sports-specific strength training program for triathlon, and boosted my performance in all 3 sports and health. I gained 5 kg of lean muscle, reduced body fat percentage, increased power, and endurance, and improved my technique. I improved my timing by 15 minutes. EnduraMax helped me break through the plateau and achieve my goal.

Frequently asked questions
The structured program runs for 12 weeks. That said, building a comprehensive strength profile covering maximal, explosive, reactive, and endurance strength is an ongoing process. A minimum of one year of consistent work produces the most well-rounded results. The program is flexible and can be adjusted to fit your situation, but the longer the commitment, the more durable the outcomes.

Both. Whether you are new to structured strength training or an experienced athlete who has never done sport-specific work, the program is built around your current baseline and progresses from there.
No. This is a pure strength-focused program. It trains the movement patterns, muscles, and physical qualities that support your sport, but swim, cycling, and running sessions are not part of it. It is designed to complement your sport training, not replace it.
Missed sessions due to illness or injury are shifted to slots beyond your last planned session, so you always receive the full number of sessions.
You will be given available slot options to choose from when you start.
Yes. You can opt for one trial session charged on a per-hour basis. If you join the full program after that, the trial charge is adjusted against the program fee.
